This rental condominium is 400 square feet, located on the ground floor of the marina facing Building J of Chac Hal Al Condominiums. The condo has a living and dining area and open kitchenette. For sleeping accommodations there are a king bedded alcove and a double sized Murphy bed that pulls out of the wall in the living area for kids, teens, divers, friends, etc.

The king bedded alcove has a porch off it, as does from the living room. The patio overlooks the Puerto Aventuras marina and beautiful garden area
